How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. On your device, open Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions, select Brown Noise for Sleep, and choose to change or cancel. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstalled the app or got a new device, open the app, go to the premium / paywall screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the purchase, and request a refund.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Once installed, the app plays its sounds without an internet connection — ideal for flights and travel.

Will the sound keep playing when my screen is off?

Yes. Audio continues with the screen locked or while you use other apps, and you can set a sleep timer to fade it out automatically.

Is brown noise safe / will it help my tinnitus?

Brown noise is widely used for relaxation, focus, and masking background sound. The app is not a medical device and does not treat any condition. For any medical concern, including tinnitus, please consult a qualified healthcare professional, and listen at a comfortable volume.
